Terms and Conditions

Barley Bottom offers a delivery service of homebrew ingredients and equipment for a minimum order of £8.

Unless otherwise agreed, the price for the products shall be the price advertised on the website as published on the date of the order. All weights and measures are approximate and may vary.

When submitting your order details you may wish to offer to purchase items specified in conjunction with a Barley Bottom offer, promotion or discount. Any such order will be subject to the specific terms and conditions of the offer, promotion or discount in question and will be subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw any offer, promotion or discount at any time.

Payment

Cash on collection may be arranged at the discretion of Barley Bottom. We will endeavour to arrange a mutually convenient collection time.

Only owners of cards may pay for goods unless expressed permission is given by the cardholder. Card payments are secure and managed by Paypal Inc.

Upon submitting your order details, you are making an offer to us to purchase the item(s) you have specified in your order. We reserve the right to refuse your offer should it be necessary.

In the unlikely event of Barley Bottom needing to issue a refund we will endeavour to credit your account within 7 days.

We accepts cheques,  however goods will not be sent until the cheque has cleared.

Products

All items are subject to availability. In most cases, an alternative will be offered for any out-of-stock item.

Delivery Times

We aim to provide your goods within 7 days of ordering. In most circumstances delivery is within 1-2 days of your order. We are not responsible for delivery time. Delivery times are specified by the carrier and excludes weekends and bank holidays. Note that delivery times may vary, particularly during peak periods.
