A straw coloured 4.6% best bitter. Bittered with Northdown, flavoured with First Gold and finished with Crystal.

This AG kit includes the following (all grains come crushed):

4KG Maris otter
0.18 kg Crystal Malt
0.12 kg Wheat, Torrified

30.00 gm Northdown 90 min
18.00 gm First Gold 15 min
12.00 gm Cascade 1 min

1 Protafloc Tablet 15 mins boil
1 pack of S-04 yeast.

Other yeasts available on request, Nottingham, Windsor or US-05.
