30.00 gm Northdown 90 min
18.00 gm First Gold 15 min
12.00 gm Crystal 1 min

1 Protafloc Tablet 15 mins boil
1 pack of S-04 yeast.

Other yeasts available on request, Nottingham, Windsor or US-05.
