Bittered with Fuggles and finished with Bobek to create a refreshing pint with a twist of citrus flavour. 4.5% ABV.

Based on Harviestoun's Bitter & Twisted ale.

This AG kit includes the following (all grains come crushed):

4.00 kg Maris Otter
0.20 kg Crystal Malt
0.20 kg Barley, Flaked
0.20 kg Wheat, Torrefied

56.00 gm Fuggles 90 min
28.00 gm Bobek 15 min

1 Protafloc Tablet 15 mins boil
1 pack of S-04 yeast.

Other yeasts available on request, Nottingham, Windsor or US-05.
